MTekLabs, a boutique AI firm that designs, deploys, and governs agentic AI platforms for government and commercial enterprises, today announced a strategic partnership with WishKnish Corp., the company behind Knish.IO, a post-quantum cryptographic evidence platform built for regulated industries. Under the agreement, MTekLabs will integrate Knish.IO across five of its production platforms: Clairant for healthcare claims, MatryxAI for supplier sourcing, Praman for clinician workflows and Anvesh for patient-held records, and Throughline for investigative case management. Customers of all five will be able to enable it as a value-added service.
The integration answers a question that now follows every enterprise running AI in a regulated workflow: when an agent took part in a consequential decision, can you prove what happened? MTekLabs platforms already record every agent action, guardrail check, and human approval in an append-only audit log inside Neura-Cortex, the substrate all of its solutions share. Knish.IO takes that record a step further. Each audit event is signed the moment it occurs with a post-quantum, hash-based signature — a one-time scheme following WOTS+ principles, using SHAKE256 (FIPS 202) — and anchored into an append-only evidence graph. Regulators, auditors, and counterparties can then verify the record on their own. They do not have to trust MTekLabs, the customer's application, or WishKnish to believe it. Verification runs against open-source tooling and works fully offline — a regulator or opposing counsel can check any record without access to WishKnish, MTekLabs, or the customer's systems.

What changes for customers
For payers on Clairant, every step of an adjudication becomes signed evidence: the agent's recommendation, the deterministic rule that fired, and the human who approved the outcome. Disputes, SIU referrals, and audits can be answered with records whose integrity the other party can check for themselves. Chain of custody on a fraud case holds, because no administrator at the payer or at MTekLabs can rewrite history without it showing.
For procurement teams on MatryxAI, the sourcing pipeline becomes a provenance chain. Supplier vetting, certification checks, pricing analyses, and contract steps produced by the platform's specialist agents each carry their own signature, and downstream parties can verify any of them independently. Government and prime contractor customers get award decisions and supplier files that stand up to audits and protests years later.
For clinicians on Praman, the moments that matter most are the ones where a human took responsibility. Dictated text accepted into the note, a drug-interaction screen that ran and what it returned, a recommendation a clinician signed off on — each is signed as it happens. The record shows not just what the assistant produced but which clinician accepted it and when, which is the question that actually gets asked when a chart is reviewed years later.
For patients on Anvesh, consent becomes a cryptographically sealed record, and so does provenance. Records imported from a payer feed, pulled over FHIR, or photographed from a lab report each carry a signature showing where they came from and that the patient confirmed them. The boundary Anvesh already enforces — that imported records never overwrite clinician-authored or self-attested ones — becomes something a patient or an auditor can verify rather than take on faith. Because the signatures are hash-based, they resist quantum attack, so records signed today remain verifiable across the multi-decade retention windows medical records require. There's no need to re-sign them as the quantum threat matures.
For investigators on Throughline, chain of custody is the product. Intake, entity extraction, the crossovers the entity graph surfaces between cases, and every analyst action on a file each carry their own signature. When a case reaches a courtroom, a disciplinary board, or an inspector general, the case file arrives with its own integrity proof — and the defense, the regulator, or the oversight body can check it without taking the investigating agency's word for anything.
The integration also gets ahead of where audit-integrity regulation is heading — including the tamper-evident logging expectations behind Article 12 of the EU AI Act — and it fits the HIPAA, SOC 2, and NIST SP 800-171 postures the platforms already maintain. Knish.IO uses no cryptocurrency and charges no gas fees. It runs alongside a customer's existing stack and deploys as managed infrastructure, on premise, or fully air-gapped. Tenant isolation is enforced at the protocol layer, so each customer's evidence is cryptographically isolated from every other tenant's.
